Ordering Policies
Orders must be placed at least two weeks prior to the event date with a 50% deposit due at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance is due three days before the scheduled pickup date.
Any order made outside of this two-week window will require full payment upon ordering.
Please note that last-minute orders are subject to a rush fee.
Orders not picked up at the scheduled time will be subject to Sweet Krush’s next window of availability with no refunds issued.
Customers are advised that they have a 48-hour window after placing the order to make any necessary changes.
Once we start preparing your order, refunds are not available.
